Join us for a lively and insightful book discussion meeting on “Hear & Beyond: How to Live Skillfully with Hearing Loss”, a practical and empowering guide for people with hearing loss and their families. In this meeting, we will explore some of the key topics and themes from the book, such as coping with stigma, managing relationships, navigating the workplace, and embracing technology. We will also share our own experiences and tips on how to live well with hearing loss. This meeting is a followup on the previous meeting when the co-authors, Gael Hannan and Shari Eberts, were present to discuss the reasons for publishing the book and their personal journeys with hearing loss. Whether you have read the book or not, you are welcome to join us and learn more about this common but often misunderstood condition.
